  • l've been using the C2 bands every time before I run. It's becoming a habit and it's so important to warm up before you go running and I believe it's strengthening me. I ran two races the same distance about six weeks apart and my latest one was 20 seconds faster per mile. Makes sense in order to run faster get stronger. And I am completely injury free. I have had tight hamstrings and hip flexors in the past.I've learned that strengthening those muscles helps to loosen them up. It doesn't make sense, but it's working for me.
