The hitting harness is used to work on rotational power and weight transfer. Use this for pickleball, tennis, golf, baseball, softball, or any rotational movement.
Attach to the front hip for resistance. Make sure the band is in front of your hips. Hit forehands and feel your weight shift into your front foot.
Choose what length of band you want from 2.5, 5, or 10-foot bands.
2.5 foot bands - Train 4-5 feet from attachment point (You can combine the bands to create a 5 foot band)
5 foot bands - Train 6-8 feet from attachment point.
10 foot bands - Train 11-12 feet from attachment point.
