This kit is for adults that just want something to follow 10-15 minutes a day.  This system targets the core and stability muscles that free weights tend to neglect.   The majority of the population struggle with low back, hip, and shoulder pain.  The main reason is lack of glute, hip flexor, and low back strength.   Wrist and ankle attachments with lighter and longer bands “wake up” and “activate” stability muscles that do not get “activated” unless you workout regularly.  Shoulder, low back, and hip pain will slowly decrease if not completely disappear if you use this system.  It comes with a carry bag, 2 ankle cuffs, 2 handles, 2 wrist cuffs, a speed belt, a door stop, a Velcro strap, and all 3 combinations of bands.    We are also adding 2 10-foot bands to this kit for additional stretch and larger areas to move around. 

  • Just follow along with the workouts until you understand how to train with this system.
  • Gray bands are 30lbs resistance, Red bands are 40lbs resistance and black bands are 50lbs of resistance.
  • Combine any combination of gray, red and black to generate up to 120 lbs of resistance on each limb. 
  • Videos included in this kit will explain each cuff attachment and how to attach them. General video of muscle activation drills, upper and lower body strength, cardio drills, core strength, and stretching.
