Receive a pair of ANKLE cuffs, WRIST cuffs and HANDLES with a pair of 5-foot bands.
Attach the bands to something in your home with a 28 inch strap OR use our door stop in a doorway or under something heavy.
An instructional video is included as well as a video of how to use all 3 attachments. Learn how to build strength and DURABILITY in hips and legs for running. The videos will be emailed to you once you purchase the kit.
Parents or athletes can use these bands to activate hip/glute/low back muscles as well as warm up and stretch out the limbs.
Wrist cuffs allow a wide range of motion for shoulders, back, chest. Stand on 1 leg while using these bands to really get the CORE activated!
