Receive a pair of ANKLE cuffs and WRIST cuffs with a pair of 5-foot bands.   

Attach the bands to something in your home with a 28 inch strap  OR use our door stop in a doorway or under something heavy.

Parents or athletes can use these bands to activate hip/glute/low back muscles as well as warm up and stretch out the limbs.
