Buy 2 speed belts and a pair of 10 foot bands.  Choose your color of bands based on your age  and strength.  

8-11 year olds - GRAY

12-15 year old - RED

16 and up - BLACK

SAFETY MESSAGE:

- make sure belt “clicks” and locks before using.

-Do not stretch a 10 foot band over 10 yards.  
-Connect 2 10-foot bands together to form a 20-foot band.  20-foot bands safely stretch 25-30 yards.
