These bands are great for lower body sprints and waist attachments indoors.  If you want to use them outdoors, buy the sleeved bands.   They offer the more advanced person more tension when in motion.

 These bands stretch 50 feet and are also a very long bungee cord.  1 band can be used on your boat tarp, hauling brush, or anything that needs a bungee cord.
